    How to apply for a job at Serac?
    You can apply directly via our website on our [Job Opportunities] page. Each job posting has an “Apply” button that allows you to submit your resume and, if possible, a cover letter.
    How can I find out if my application has been received?
    A confirmation email will be sent to you once your application has been registered on our website.
    Will my profile be kept on file for future opportunities?
    Yes, unless you request otherwise, we will keep your resume in our database for future opportunities that match your profile.

    How many steps are involved in the recruitment process?
    In general, our process consists of three to four steps:

    1. Review of your application
    2. HR interview
    3. Interview with the business team
    4. (Depending on the position) Practical case study or role-play
    Is practicing English essential?
    Serac is an international group. Many teams work with colleagues, customers, or suppliers abroad. Proficiency in English is therefore often required.

    Yes, every year we welcome students on internships or work-study programs in several departments.

    Each intern or work-study student has a dedicated mentor who supports them throughout their assignment. The mentor ensures that the intern or work-study student integrates well, develops their skills, and that their assignment runs smoothly.
