From milk to dairy desserts, a wide variety of recipes all in one place

With Au Pré!, Winfarm has developed a new model for on-farm dairy processing that combines local production, packaging and direct-to-consumer sales. At the heart of the project is a particularly diverse range of dairy products, ranging from fresh milk to drinkable yogurts, as well as thicker products like spreadable milk.

To bring this vision to life, Au Pré! needed a packaging solution that combined versatility, automation, and ease of use, while adapting to the different characteristics of the products and their packaging.

Serac rose to this challenge by offering a solution that allows the entire product line to be packaged on a single production line. This flexible approach streamlines the production process while giving Au Pré! the ability to expand its product line and formats.

To support this new model, Serac has designed a highly flexible packaging solution: a single line capable of handling different products, from bottled milk to dairy desserts in cups, as well as various container sizes ranging from 80 g to 750 ml. Thanks to format changes that can be completed in less than 10 minutes and its compatibility with various packaging types and closure systems, the line combines agility, industrial performance, and local production.
