A constant support
As customer support was essential for this project, Serac guided the industrialist’s choices towards manufacturers whose machines had proven themselves in terms of reliability and ease of use.
Serac accompanied its customer throughout the project. Whether it be for the definition of the bottle and the label, the elaboration of the schedule enabling the customer to communicate on the milestones for the availability of the products or the selection of the equipment manufacturers supplying the different components of the production line.
Result
Despite Covid, the quality of the support provided and the ease of use of the equipment allowed the client to start his line shortly after the initial deadline.
The combination of the two technological experts for edible oil, Serac for Filling/Capping and Sidel for Blowing, has also helped Lesieur rationalize its number of bottle formats and reduce its overall changeover times as well as its energy consumption.
